Terms of service
Last updated: 3 September 2026
These terms cover AhoosAI Studio, the chat client at
ahoos-ai.site/nimbus/studio. Using it means accepting them.
What this is
AhoosAI Studio is a chat interface to Nimbus, a family in which a manager
model reads your request, decides which specialist should do the work, and
assembles the answer: Nimbus 1.0 RZA managing, with front-end,
back-end, debugger and image specialists under it.
These are layers rather than weights of our own — behavioural definitions running today on top of general-purpose base models operated by third parties. The intention is that they become independent models; until then it is better said than glossed over. The privacy notice covers what that means for the text you send.
The answers can be wrong
Everything here is generated by a language model. It can be inaccurate, out of date, or confidently mistaken, and that includes code. Check anything you intend to rely on. Do not use this service as a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.
Using it fairly
Do not use the service to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to produce malware, to impersonate other people, or to generate sexual content involving minors. Do not attempt to overwhelm the service or work around its limits. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Your content
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to process it only so far as running the service requires, which includes sending it to the third-party providers the privacy notice describes. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share.
Limits, and why they exist
The service keeps your 20 most recent chats, and files are removed 4 hours after they are created. These are resource limits, not oversights; the privacy notice says the same thing. Do not treat this service as storage — keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
Availability
The service runs on free hosting tiers. It may be slow, may be unavailable, and may stop entirely without notice. It is offered as it is, with no guarantee of uptime, fitness for any purpose, or freedom from error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to.
Changes
These terms may change. The date above shows when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
